1, users in the selection stage, we are willing to provide users with technical advice, be a good adviser, and provide relevant technical information, such as product samples, product specifications, if necessary, can participate in the design of special requirements of products, to provide users with special requirements of technical parameters.
2. Users are in the selection stage, and we welcome users to conduct on-site inspections.
3. We will warmly receive and reply to users' calls, letters and inquiries. For products that we do not produce for the time being, we should also explain the reasons and provide information to the users.
4. After the contract is signed, we welcome users to send people to our company to supervise the production. We will actively cooperate with the user's resident personnel and provide convenience for work and life. We will pay attention to and improve the opinions on manufacturing quality put forward by the user's resident personnel.
5. Before the product is shipped, we will notify the user to receive the goods and provide the user with the product quality certificate and the goods shipment form.
6. When the product is shipped to the user, if it is damaged due to transportation reasons, we will actively send someone to negotiate and repair it to achieve user satisfaction.
7. After the product enters the site, technical personnel shall be sent to the site for guidance and service according to the requirements of the user unit. We shall help debug and train the operation and maintenance personnel free of charge until they can operate independently.
8. If defects of wearing parts or parts are found, ensure timely replacement and maintenance, and provide spare parts in time until the user is satisfied.
9. Any quality problems during the use of the product shall be handled on site within 8 hours.
10. If there is a quality problem during the warranty period, our company is responsible for free maintenance and replacement of the required parts and accessories.
